Once you choose a package, we start with a business snapshot: what is working, what feels stuck, and where you want to go. We turn that into a clear focus for the first 90 days.
Each meeting centers on the priorities that matter most, whether that is customers, marketing, processes, or practical AI tools. You get written notes and an action plan, with the tools and support included in your package.
Each month, we review progress and adjust the next priorities. Your proposal explains meeting frequency, between-session access, and any implementation support so you know what is included.
